Hemstedt® thin double-core heating cables of the DR series with a power of 150 W / m2 230 V are designed to maintain a comfortable temperature or to heat rooms. Installation of HEМ-SYSTEm® heating cables with a single power supply cable connected to the network is carried out directly into tile adhesive or on a self-leveling compound under tiles, laminate flooring and others. The heating cable is only 4 mm thick, which ensures minimal floor heights. The floor temperature is controlled by an electronic thermostat with a temperature sensor. The cables are easy to install and do not require maintenance during operation. The cables are suitable for renovating old apartments, finishing new buildings, and are recommended for baths, showers, living rooms, offices, etc.

Since 2005, the thin, self-adhesive Hemstedt heating mats have been equipped with the HEM-SYSTEM® system. This means that the connection between the heating cable and the lead wire is made without a sleeve. This eliminates the problems associated with the mechanical connection of the wires in the sleeve and the breaking of the basic insulation under the heat shrink tubing. The absence of a sleeve, which increases the height of the floor, facilitates cable installation and tiling. The guarantee is 20 years.

It has a number of advantages:

  1. high-quality materials guarantee an increased safety margin;
  2. the highest class of protection is created by a continuous screen of aluminum foil, fluoropolymer insulation;
  3. an exceptional feature is the seamless (sleeveless) connection.
